Needing some support in life from others who GET IT :)

Im a 28yr old female from mass.
I lost 110lbs 5 years ago (dropped 14 jean sizes!) and kept it off....

Untill I quite smoking and had back surgery on my L1 S5 disc the first week of May this year...a peice of my disc was taken out to fix my sciatica pain..

I gained 25lbs

the no smoking and having back issues is making this harder then it should be...and I really would like to connect with people with the same goals and determination :)

Thankyou very much for your reply, because reading back on my post now I cant believe you did reply, lol I wrote it very poorly...I was annoyed trying to read it myself my sentences just ran all over in a way...lol but anyways...

emoticon My limitations are mainly on how much weight I can lift and the way I manuver....I have to be careful with twisting and bending....I wish there was more work out dvds for people with my problem so Id feel more confident that Im not going to hurt myself trying them......

and your right I do have my PT trainer giving me strengthening exercises and I do appriciate that very much....but I only have so many more appointments and I want some good long term support
