2014 - Time for Change

I am a full time working mom with a (gulp) 13 year old son and a 11 year old daughter. I have been married to my best friend for 16 years now.

My husband and I ran two businesses along with my full time job until a few years ago. This left no time for me. Due to some rough times we closed both businesses and now both have full time jobs. My Goals:
1. Clean eating. Fresh fruits and veggies every day! Less processed foods.

2. No more sugary drinks - water, water, water...

3. Track calories.

4. Get moving!

I want to be a healthier, happier me! No matter what the scale says.

My Program:
Focus on clean eating, less processed food -Plan ahead.

Two days of cardio and 3 days of strength training per week. We have a treadmill and weights at home plus a gym membership - NO EXCUSES!

Weight loss is a journey, there will be set backs, good moments and bad. But just remember we all start and stumble but it is the journey, which makes us who we are. Stay strong, stay motivated and shine bright!
