Well I seemed to have taken the one step forward and ten steps back approach lately. Life has definitely gotten in the way. Since September many obstacles have entered my life along with stress. I have decided I don’t like stress when it hangs around for a long time and it has been here since the middle of August. Well I seemed to have taken the one step forward and ten steps back approach lately. Life has definitely gotten in the way. Since September many obstacles have entered my life along with stress. I have decided I don’t like stress when it hangs around for a long time and it has been here since the middle of August. In the past week I have gained back weight and must remind myself not to fall back into those bad habits that I worked so hard to get out of. I will not let these things that I have no control over get me down. It is now time to take two steps forward and no steps back.

My Goals:
To reach my goal by my birthday. To get in the habit of stretching everyday. To just have my body feel better.
My Program:
Cardio 5-7 days a week minimum of 20 mins. Strength training 3 times per week
Other Information:
I returned to Sparks after taking close to a year off. I had lost the room that was my exercise room and just could not make the gym work with my schedule. But my room is back and so I am hoping to be back on track.
