My Goals:
My goals are to eat lean, have meaner and sweatier workouts and to run/walk 1000 miles in 2016!

My Program:
5% Spring Challenge

Nutrition:
Eat more veggies. (I am aiming at 5 a day) Fruits, Lean meats, healthy fats and whole grains.

Exercise:

Run no less than 10 miles a week.

Zumba 5 days a week

I have a step goal of 10,000. I want to meet this goal 5X a week. Sunday is my rest day.

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austin is my favorite! I absolutely love the movie.
