January goals:

Eat more veggies. I am aiming at 5 a day.

Take 10,000 steps per day for 30 days straight

Run no less than 10 miles a week.

Elizabeth,

Yes, HE is molding and shaping us, and I will be on the Potter's Wheel, until HE comes back. I'm constantly getting better each and every day, as HE doesn't restore us to where we were before, but HE makes us better than we were before! Praise the LORD!!!
