It's been a while since the weight came off and although who I am hasn’t changed, my life is totally different. I've started running marathons and become a very competitive triathlete. I train up to 3X a day to be in peak competitive condition. I look at myself in the mirror and sometimes don't recognize the body.

Don't EVER give up on your dreams and don't EVER think you can't achieve anything. With Determination and Will you can do whatever you want. It's up to YOU to get to where you need to be in life. You are the determining factor of whether of not you will be happy. Thank God that you have the ability to wake up in the morning and do what you need to do. Don't take advantage of what has been given to you.

My Goals:
Be Happy with my body,

Help my fiancée be healthy.

Help both of us maintain a healthy lifestyle so our children will be able to pass that to their children.

Buy a new pair of shoes, because I need some!


My Program:
Not following a diet, just eatting healthy, organic, natural, HUMANE, avoiding fast food and processed foods( Leaving out white breads for whole grain breads). Eating more home cooked meals then restaurant prepared. Along with 30 to 45 mintues of Cardio 3 days a week and about an hour of weight training 3 days a week.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Florida. I'm close to my family, who mean a lot to me. I meet my finacee about 9 years ago and we have been together ever since. I love him to pieces, He's my swiss army knife, everything you could need in one package.
