My new healthy life

I'm changing mine & my families lifestyle. I've yo-yo'd with my weight for years and I'm tired of it. I need to be a role model for my young daughters. Not a chubby Mom who can't keep up. I'm 45 now and want to be fit. I'm tired of seeing how I look in photo's and on the video camera.

I need to get serious about weight loss & fitness. It needs to be a way of life not something to be pushed aside when I get busy!

My Goals:
To lose 40 lbs.

Get rid of my double chin.

Feel good in clothes - heck feel good naked.

Wear a little black dress and dazzle my husband.

Not jiggle so much.

Not have my knees hurt

Run a 5K

My Program:
Walk/jog 4-5 times a week - 1.6 mile route - my time is 21 minutes as of right now.

Using DVD's on those days when I don't want to leave the house & my Wii Fit - EA Sports Active.



Personal Information:
I'm 46 years old trying to get healthy & gain more energy.



Other Information:
I love the outdoors! Camping, hiking, fishing - campfires! Get me outside and I'll never come in. (as long as it's nice out!)
