This is true about the Kosher thing. Some people have separate dishes etc. which I don't have. I am a people pleaser so I try to accommodate them as much as I can. You are right people just have to eat around things. Actually, I found a pretty good kosher recipe for green bean casserole that doesn't require milk. It replaces milk with soy milk instead. It was quite good. The green bean casserole recipe is one of those old fashioned recipes from the fifties with french's fried onions on top, Kind of a tradition in these parts. Thanks so much for your commonsense advice. Yep, I have to dial it down a notch, relax and just do the best I can. emoticon
