My Goals:
I would like to lose 50 pounds for health reasons, to include more exercise, and learn to create time for myself. To get the first 3 chapters of my dissertation approved by November.
My Program:
I am tracking food, exercise, and relaxation time. I track nutrition in Spark while tracking WW points.
Personal Information:
I live in Pasadena, Texas. My wonderful husband of 30+ years gave me 3 step children who have blessed us with 9 grandchildren. We have a spoiled Doxie who lets us live with him. I am a Community College Financial Aid Officer.
Other Information:
I am a musician (viola and piano). I mentor 2nd grade students who need to improve their reading skills. I am in the dissertation phase of my PHD and need to get it finished.
