I'm Gonna Do It

Hello Everyone! I'm Emily. I'm 24 years old and weight has been a big issue for me since I was in high school. This year has been a bumpy road. I get on track, do real good, then back down I go. So I put together a list to remind me what I will do!
I will:
Get my act together
Treat my body right
Show myself I can do what I set my mind to
Gain my confidence back (biggy!)
Allow myself mistakes without beating myself up
Take time for me
Be a HOT ...

Going to the gym or doing yardwork this am when I get home...not sure which. Did elliptical yesterday and the day before. This week is going strong!

Okay...so I flaked on SP for a few days...yikes! A week since my last comment on your page! Kimberly FAIL! But I think we've spoken a few times other ways, so I'm going to give myself partial credit :)
Yesterday I went to the gym, and I'm going to the gym shortly today, so I'm on track so far. I've put my workouts on the calendar for a little extra accountability. My workout buddy keeps punking out, so I've got to work on the internal drive.
This week and next week are rough again...I've got extra hours I agreed to do as well as a few all day classes I have to do :S
What's your chicken tender recipe? Way to organize!
This week I'm working on staying on track. What's your focus this week? How is studying?
Let's see, a few weeks ago you signed up for boards and I got the ball rolling for school...what do we need to accomplish this week?
And I'm sticking with things this week, so I will check in tomorrow.

Just want to stop by and wish you a Happy Friday.

Since you like hiking, I was wondering if you ever tried indoor rock climbing? I was really desiring to go out and try it. I f you have any knowledge of it, stop by my page and give me some info on it.
