Keep up the work....The positive about plateauing is practice maintaining! While I plateaued I new that I was losing fat and gaining muscle....so I wasn't too concerned. I new that I would lose quickly once there was more muscle because it uses energy at a higher rate.
It's so hard, but I know we can do it. For me, I need to stop eating those Healthy Choice bowls. They are so convenient and low cal, but are high in sodium. More salads next week! 1703 days ago
