I Will Become the Unicorn...

Hello! I'm Casey, and like most people here I'm trying to turn my life around. At my heaviest, I was at 190 lbs. My goal is 120. I'll get there! Laziness, combined with an unhealthy love of Chick-fil-a, are my biggest challenges. But this is about more than just weight loss...I've got so many things I'm trying to bring under control so I can feel like myself again. It's challenging, but rewarding, and I'm making progress!

My Goals:
2014:
- Run an entire 5K
- Lose 25 pounds
- Complete a Beachbody program
- Continue my 100+ Days of Fitness

My Program:
- Drinking at least 6 glasses of water daily
- Minimum 15 minutes of exercise daily (yoga, running, and strength training)
- Eating balanced meals and more fruits and vegetables
- Limiting fast food

Personal Information:
- I have 4 dogs, and they're my children
- I love summer and the ocean
- I HATE being cold
- I live in East Tennessee

Thank you for the chicken soup, starting to feel a bit better today! I put another Barre exercise in for the whole body, they are tough, but it works those muscles

What's an egg sit.....will try to describe..

sit straight on the floor , legs extended in front

then lean back as far as you can balancing on your butt .

.put your arms out at shoulder level to balance yourself,,

then lift both legs as far up as you can, making like a sideways U shape..

Then hold that balance spot for as long as you can.

and you have done and egg sit! There is another name for it ..not sure what

it is..but is a offical yoga pose! So I know there is a long ole name of some

kind . It is a really focused core exercise and more challenging than it sounds.

Good Luck with it if you decide to try!
