Welcome to Azure.....

Hello! I'm Casey, and like most people here I'm trying to turn my life around. At my heaviest, I was at 190 lbs. My goal is 120. I'll get there one day! Laziness, combined with an unhealthy love of Chick-fil-a, are my biggest challenges. But this is about more than just weight loss...I've got so many things I'm trying to bring under control so I can feel like myself again! It's challenging, but rewarding, and I'm making progress!

But this is about more than just weight loss...I've got so many things I'm trying to bring under control so I can feel like myself again! It's challenging, but rewarding, and I'm making progress!

Goals for 2013:
- Not going to bed with my makeup on
- Flossing my teeth daily - I have GOT to do this!!
- Drinking tons of water every day
- Cardio and strength training 4-5 times per week
- Keeping my house clean
- Spending more time with my friends
- Making more "me" time
- Setting boundaries in my relationships
- Maintaining a positive attitude
- Stretching
- Playing with my dogs every day
- Improving my posture
- Finding a creative outlet
- Spending money wisely
- Getting more sleep

2013:
- Run an entire 5K
- Get my BMI below 27
- Fit into single digits
- Do 15 "real" pushups

To clean and declutter my home, so that my home is a haven

To make changes in my life to enable me to go on vacation twice a year

My Program:
- Drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily

- 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week

- Eating balanced meals and more fruits and vegetables

- Limiting fast food

Personal Information:
- I have 4 dogs, and they're my children

- I love summer and the ocean

- I HATE being cold

- I live in a tiny town in East Tennessee, and I've grown to like it

Maybe Turbofire. They are always adding new ones and updating and then what you do is do hybrids of two different programs to keep it fresh and exciting. There are teams here on sparks too that are very active and keep it fresh and fun. And the thing is even if you are old and can't do certain things, you can ALWAYS pick it up/modify and make it work! I LOVE the energy and enthusiasm of ALL of the Beachbody coaches and teams without exception.
