Hi everyone! I have to say I haven't always struggled with weight but with life comes age and having children. Had the first 2 in my 20's with my first marriage and now 1 in my 30's with my current husband. Talk about starting over. I never gained too much weight with my pregnancies I just never took off that extra 5 pounds or so that remained. It adds up unfortunately. Being busy and being over 30 doesn't help. I'm ready now to change my lifestyle and hope to bring the rest of my family along, ...
