Hello and Welcome. I have been struggling with my weight since middle school and have been on and off "diet," "lifestyle change," and "healthy living" programs since high school, although I seem to only get bigger over time instead of smaller. I have been to spark people a few times before, but now I have some time over the summer term where my work duties are reduced, so I am hoping to finally get my ducks in a row and set myself up to make changes to my eating, exercising, and living routine ...
Hello and Welcome. I have been struggling with my weight since middle school and have been on and off "diet," "lifestyle change," and "healthy living" programs since high school, although I seem to only get bigger over time instead of smaller. I have been to spark people a few times before, but now I have some time over the summer term where my work duties are reduced, so I am hoping to finally get my ducks in a row and set myself up to make changes to my eating, exercising, and living routine that I can maintain when my life goes back to being hectic again. I plan to use all my knowledge of what hasn't worked before to guide the changes I will make, which should keep my weightloss stable this time.

My Goals:
(1) Return to my pre-engagement weight before my wedding.
(2) increase my flexibility and endurance (no running out of breath)
(3) reduce the pressure on my knees and arches (which will additionally aid in endurance)

My Program:
(1) increase exercise from 0 minutes per day to at least 5 minutes per day.
(2) decrease sweets and dessert from "how ever many I want as a snack" to maximum of 2 servings per day.
(3) increase intake of fruits and vegetables.
(4) begin freezing my own stir-fries and casseroles to reduce cost and sodium content of meals.

I live in South Florida.
