I am 32 years old and have a wonderful husband and a adorable 14 month old who keeps me very busy. I have used SP in the past successfully, and am finally trying to commit to using it again. My goal is to lose the last 5 pounds of baby weight and to then lose about 20-25 additional pounds to become healthier.

I am an active runner, I completed 2 marathons, 5 half-marathons, and a bunch of smaller races. After taking about a year and a half off (pregnant and having the baby) I completed a 1/2 marathon in May.
I find that even with all my running, I have trouble losing weight because I tend to over eat.

Hit there i have a 16 month old child and i am working on losing the baby weight and more. i am a beginner at running . I am doing the walk/run program and so far i am keeping up with the program. Keep up the good work have fun on your journey to weight loss and being fit. emoticon

Thanks for adding me! I see we have some stuff in common-although, Im definitely not a runner. Im sure if I could learn some endurance I would actually be pretty decent at it...but its not for me. Best of Luck with your new goals and final weightloss! :)
