I'm serious about getting healthy. I think I can do this! Finally something that works for me. I send all my friends here. I think this is the best weight loss site ever. I like commenting and keeping track of people it is the best and it totally keeps me going.

I've been neglecting my health lately. I have the best medical team ever but I can't afford to see them. I feel so much better when exercise is happening!

Eating is better, but still very plain. Kinda has to be as I still have reflux. But thank you SO much for suggesting Zantac. It's made it possible for me to sleep at all at night.

Thank you SO much for the zantac info. I've been taking Maalox only because that's what they gave me in the hospital. But it's been lacking in the efficacy department.

Gadz I am awfully sick of not getting to 100% pain free in, well, in any area. But the GERD was kinda the last straw. Oof, so not what I needed. I've had almost every kind of basic GI tract problem you can have in the past 2 weeks. Not fun!

And, I wish I had more stuff to send you. Unless you want pantyhose. I found a mother lode of it in a storage bench. It's all a larger Queen size, all sorts of colors. I didn't even wear it to the job interview; just bought a new pair despite the fact that I had a ton at home.

Speaking of which, how goes the job search battle?

Hey! I've been on hiatus for a while... but came back. I also changed my screen name. The other one was too obvious, so I took out a few letters. I also deleted most of my blog entries on my SparkPage, and all the comments on there too. But I wanted to come find you and say thank you for all the time you've posted on my page and helped talk me down from stupid stuff lol Now I am here (not smoking again) and I weigh more now than I ever have in my entire life... so I can't afford "stupid stuff" anymore. Just can't. Anyway, just wanted to say hello again!

Hey sweets, just wanted to thank you for your many kindnesses. Things are getting better, and it was a relief to read that my perception issues (fear, a bit of balance) were normal.

Tomorrow, uncharted territory: the shower. :)
