Oh thank you for the compliment! That Kickboxing video kicks my butt too! I'm always making all kinds of unpleasant noises. The first couple times I did it I didn't make it all the way through. It's one of those videos that I feel AMAZING after doing it--but I always dread going into it because I know it's gonna be hard work. :) Another good one to try is the 8-minute TaeBo workout---you can find it on YouTube.
