I would LOVE to get down to 150 pounds by the end of the summer!
Current goal: 170 lbs by June 3rd!
I'm currently part of the Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge SparkTeam, so I've been doing those toning videos!
I either do Pilates and a toning video (along with cardio throughout the day) or I do a toning video with a gym workout. That's the ideal ;)
I'm from BC, Canada. Have lived in MN, IL and in Azerbaijan as well :) I have a BA in Intercultural Studies and I can speak intermediate French and Azeri. Do I use those at all? No. No I don't.
Again, congrats on meeting your gym goal. Thanks for asking how I'm doing. I've been finding the end of this week tough to get motivated to exersize. I'm going to try to get in two workouts today to make up for Wed, Thurs, Friday. Have a good week!
Thank you for taking the time to read and leave a message on my blog. I found it a hard blog to write as it rather laid me bare!! However I felt that, indeed I hoped that my honesty might help to rekindle the Spark in some and give hope to others!! The reaction to the blog has been overwhelming. Why overwhelming you might ask? Because I don’t believe that I am doing anything out of the ordinary!! I hope that the over-all message that you all took away from that blog is one of hope – that if I can do it – you can do it too!!
