There and back again...an attorney's tale

I like to cook my own foods, create delicious and healthy food options, and get my workout on in the gym. I occasionally indulge in tequila, constantly crave chocolate, and have a love/hate relationship with running. I tend to be obnoxiously happy, am obsessed with my MotoActv, and am hypercompetitive (usually with myself).

I'm a gym fanatic, a mild asthmatic, and have finally discovered my love for a (5K) race...and I obviously like Brad Paisley. :)

My Goals:
Run a 5K in less than 25 minutes.

Bench press my body weight.

Back squat my body weight.

Deadlift 1.5x my body weight.

Complete 2 full unassisted pull ups.

Feel confident and awesome in my bikini this summer! :)

My Program:
I'm currently on week 3 of a strength-building program. On days I'm not weight training, I participate in 60+ minutes of cardio, including a mix of running, upright bike, Stairmaster, rowing, and any other activity that strikes my fancy.

Erica, thanks for reminding me to switch up my exercises. So farm I am doing lots of walking and a bit of strength training, but I know it may get boring, so I will use your advice. emoticon
