My Goals:
Target weight hit recently- down from 185 to 162 lbs. Working on maintaining, getting in better overall shape, and getting my 5k times a lot faster if possible!

My Program:
Treadmill daily during winter; fitness jogging when weather breaks; learning resistance bands and kettlebell; trying to be better at overall eating habits.

I have just gotten my 12 year old into running and he took his PB from 30 minutes in training to 25 minutes in an actual race in Inverness, Scotland. It f emoticon eels great running with your kids, doesn't it?
