I am a huge foreign language dork. My adopted second language is German (noch nicht fließend aber ich suche immer Gesprächspartner) but sometimes I dabble in others when I get bored. I also play video games, read when I get the chance, listen to loud electronic music, and get crazy cooking in the kitchen.

thanks! I'm not sure my primary doctor can do much to rush the process, the only thing I can think of is calling in to get on the cancelation list. Hope you've enjoyed your rest day! I actually got out for a few minutes of a slow stroll in the sunshine :) emoticon

Thank you so so much for stopping by my status and showing your encouragement. You are completely right. This is one day out of the rest of my life. I shouldn't be so hard on myself. Something that I need to learn and work on just as much as working on becoming healthy. Mental is just as important as physical. You really made my day better and it really meant alot. He said he used to teach martial arts and workout. He hasn't lately because of his shift work. He still looks pretty good in person too :)

Hey thats for the encouragement boost! And realizing the ...hm, self-consciousness too...in wearing snug clothes! (or in your case not!) I hear you w/ the swimming thing..boy, koodos to you for swimming @ a gym! I'd stay faaar away from that gym! (I just hit the beach @ summer times--but wise idea to keep you accountable all year round! :) But hey, hope you have a great day--make it AMAZING, no matter what comes at you! emoticon emoticon
