    Rob took a break from rugby for the last few months so he's out of a workout routine. He just started using the new gym membership we got him but only really on weekdays, while I'm at work. I can't figure out the problem with weekends. I just need to put my foot down? I'm pretty easy going and will stay up late if he wants to. Skip a morning run for breakfast at my favorite cafe if he asks (because I'll run later, right?). But even if I say "I need to run today", it seems to just go in one ear and out the other and next thing you know, we spent 6 hours running errands all around the county and its too late and I'm hangry and want a nap. LoL. Like I said, I just don't know what to do! My willpower just isn't there. This weekend, we're staying at a friend house Saturday night (leaving Saturday 8am) so its going to be an extra challenge!!

    I didn't look at my calendar (where i would have seen my doctor appointment) when i planned this class with my mom. Lesson learned! Debating on any more classes this month 🤔

    I got a refill on my inhaler prescription. Mine has an indicator as to how many doses are left! Apparently the last few are useless 😑
