I used to be really horrible about processing during the night, too! I still do, but very rarely... like times when I eat Halloween candy and I wake in the night because of my sugar rush. ... like last night! Argh! 38 days ago
Absolutely....basically Erin, it is the only thing you can control is yourself. You can't control anyone else and unfortunately few don't realize that and they spend their lives trying to change people. Tapping is somewhat like mindfulness meditation. With tapping you are acknowledging feelings in the here and now... and you make statements like "Even though I have all this anxiety, I completely love and accept myself." When one taps on their pressure points, they also become more present in the moment because they are "feeling" where they tap in the body. Sometimes people spend so much energy trying to avoid thinking about problems or experiencing uncomfortable feelings, that problems/bad energy gets stuck. What could be feeling sad or worried at times transforms into depression or anxiety.
