Time to be the change I want to see.

I am 26 years old, I have a 5 year old daughter and a 19 month old son. I have around about 65 lbs left to lose before I am at my goal.

My long term goal is to get back down to a healthy weight for my height which is about 135 lbs. I plan to do this by eating a diet rich in more fruits and vegetables and slowly cutting out processed foods

I am tired of being in pain from my weight I want to be able to have fun and run around with my kids. I want to be the best ...

I know that I will need help. I need to check in because I lose motivation and I stop working out even though I know I shouldn't.

My Goals:
My long term goal is to be back down around 135 lbs by my 10 year class reunion with will be in the summer of 2016. I think that is very reasonable. If I get there before then that is okay too.

My medium term goal is to lose all the weight I gained when I was pregnant with my daughter which would put me at 165 lbs.

My short term goal is to get rid of the baby weight of my recent pregnancy with my son which will bring me down to 190 lbs.
My

My Program:
I am going to be eating a whole foods diet with minimal processed foods.

"Your body is not an enemy to be conquered and wrestled into submission.
Eat well and exercise because you deserve to be strong and healthy.
Self hate is poor motivation.
Be patient and kind to yourself, for that will carry you through discouragement and frustration."

"Making changes in your life is never an easy task.
The key, however, is not to get caught up in the distance you have to go to get to where you want to be.
Nor should you despair over the amount of control you have over your circumstances.
Progress is made in the small, intentional steps, and chances are, you have more power than you think.
By focusing on little steps you can take every day, the progress you make will motivate you to continue your journey, and eventually,
you can go wherever you want to go. The important thing is simply to begin."

Erin,

Help me! I know what you are going to say, but just don't do it. I am doing the worst job on my exercise and you are my hero. Help me get on track here. I am VERY coachable but lost my momentum after hitting my one year goal without anything new in mind. Give me a job. Give me a goal. Give me something and I will do it. I know that you always beat yourself up for not being 100% consistent, but when you are on you are on and you are my hero so think about it and give me a Specific, Measurable, Attainable and all that good stuff goal. I'm semi-fit and have a good 4 days a week I can do something. Please don't say that you are not the right person to tell me what to do. You are one of only 3 people I would listen to right now. You have big impressive numbers all the time and you have kids so you definitely know what to do. Any advice would be highly appreciated oh queen of killer workouts!

“Starting today, instead of saying "I have to" when discussing your actions or goals, substitute the words "I choose to."...
"I have to lose weight" becomes "I choose to lose weight." Saying "I choose to" puts you in charge and affirms that you want to see results.”
