And thus I toil on...

I am a mom of 2 adorable girls and a writer. I've lost about 25 lbs this year so far and I have 20 to go. I'd like to stay on about a lb. lost/week plan, but recently diagnosed food allergies has thrown me for a loop in terms of what to eat. I am gluten free, trying to go grain and (mostly) sugar free too. Also trying to get in the best shape of my life. Getting there, getting there!

You're doing so well! I have used my sickness as an excuse for being a total slacker. I'm back on track though. Today I'm going to compose a break up letter to sugar and flour :(

That bread is awesome. I modified it from a WW recipe. I need things that use a lot of eggs.You will probably need to cook it about 40 minutes instead of 20. My oven is fracked though, it may be less...just keep checking it :)
