I TRY TO EAT LESS REFINED FOOD AND WORK ON PORTION CONTROL. 2- TRACKING FOOD AND EXERCISES ON SPARK 3- MAKE MY WEEKLY GOALS SPECIFIC AND PUBLIC... *SUNDAY- WALK OR WII *MONDAY- CARDIO, POOL *TUESDAY- LOWER BODY STRENGTH, POOL *WEDNESDAY- STRETCH WITH TRAINER 60 MINS, *THURSDAY- UPPER BODY STRENGTH, POOL *FRIDAY WALK OR POOL *SATURDAY- WALK OR WII * I AM ADDING CHAIR WALKING WHEN WATCHING TV MY FAVORITE EXERCISES ARE, ANYTHING IN THE POOL... THE WII FREE STEPS AND WALKING.

I WAS BORN IN QUEBEC, CANADA, I WAS A HAIRDRESSER FOR 20 YEARS, WENT BACK TO SCHOOL AFTER A DIVORCE... MOVED TO CALGARY, WHERE I TAUGHT FOR 25 BEAUTIFUL YEARS. I AM NOW RETIRED AND I LIVE IN NEW-BRUNSWICK I HAD TWO SONS AND 4 GC. 1 GD,17, LIVES IN NB WITH MY SON AND WE ARE VERY CLOSE

I LOVE DOGS. I LOVE TO READ, MUSIC, THEATER, PAINTING, QUILTING. I AM NOT RELIGIOUS BUT SPIRITUAL. I BELIEVE I CAN BE A BETTER PERSON, AND I CAN BRING MORE TO THE WORLD.
