About what brought me to this site...
I've struggled with my weight off and on since I was 14, because that's when I was diagnosed with bi-polor.. Ive gone in the hospital at a healthy weight more than I can count on one hand and come out at a size 16/18/20 most of the time I was resilient... I would get out and bounce right back, I would get the weight off in a matter of months; But this wasn't like that I had a break up with my fiance and it left me crushed. Not only that, I'm just tired of the rat race. Sick of flip-flopping.
But anyway,
My new goal is to try to be bikini ready by next summer 2013.
(not that i'll wear it in puplic..lol)
Please help me achieve my goal in Jesus name... AMEN!!!!

So nice to re-meet you, EvaMarie! Yes, I remember running into you at the--wasn't it at SNAP Fitness? Help me out here.

Do you weigh and measure your food and then track every bite? That has been what made the biggest difference for me. Exercise helped me feel more healthy, more pretty, and watching my portion sizes and types of foods I was eating and drinking helped me get the numbers to go down.

The hardest part of exercise is getting the gumption to do it. I totally have the same problem with sticking to it. I aim for 6 days a week every week, however; I often only do 5 days and sometimes can only manage 3. It can be super frustrating when your weight fluctuates, I am pretty sure everyone goes through it, I had a 1 1/2 month platau where I fluctuated between 168 and 165. I consoled myself by repeatedly reminding myself that I was building muscle and loosing fat, even if my weight wasnít changing. Maybe that will help you? I also consider my weight to be the lowest that it has been within a week, and blame the rest on indigestion 

I am really liking the gym, I like getting all sweaty cause it means that I have been doing something. But I really need to do more weights, as my muscles donít hurt the next day anymore. Way to go on the elliptical that is really impressive!

Keep up the good work and donít let weight fluctuations get you down.

Wow you do 1000 calories a day on a eliptical that is intense. That is too bad about the gym yesterday, just know that you can do this! It will get easier, and you can make a difference in your body shape! I know, because I am in the process now. It is slow going but so worth while, I have lost like 25 lbs but it has taken many months (since november). Some days I gain some days I lose, but generally the trend is down. Just stick to it and you will see even more results.

have fun at the gym today! what type of exercises are you going to do there?

I went yesterday. Did full body strength training, I really need to make my arms stronger so I might just focus on that next time.
