You Can Do It, Eva!!
I need to loose weight. First off, to fit into my clothes again. Secondly, I'm really sick of being fat. I love to eat fast food, mainly because I do not like to cook, but I love to bake, which doesn't help with my wanting to loose weight. I have fibromyalgia, which just makes everything worse. I'm always tired and everything hurts thanks to this condition. And to make everything worse, I am easily discouraged in my efforts to eat right and exercise. ...

I'm hoping I can find the encouragement and will to stick with loosing weight this time.

My Goals:
1st goal is for my current "fat" jeans to not pinch when I sit. 2nd goal is to fit into my size 12 pants again. Then to set more goals on the way down. My ultimate goal is to one day be fit enough to be able to climb Half Dome in Yosemite again.
My Program:
I'm trying the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred dvd to start this journey, as well as working out on my elliptical. Plus I'm trying to eat better.
