My Goals:
1. To consistently exercise to maintain weight I've already lost.
2. To lose 5 lbs by the middle of August, 10 lbs by my birthday and 15 by Christmas.
3. To be adventurous with exercise and try new things! I've never mountain biked, ran a 5k, gone rock climbing, taken a spinning class, or pilates, or... so many things!

My Program:
I'm currently trying to be active every day, whether it's walking at/to work, taking a fitness class or doing a video or cardio on my own.
I keep reading that while exercise is important, it'll be much easier to cut calories to lose weight. "You can't out-train a bad diet."
