A New Way of Life

I am a recovering addict. I have lost 62 lbs since 11/10. Making alot of life changes. Trying to not to be lazy and achieve something everyday. My goal weight is 180 and I know it will come. I have eliminated many things from my life that aren't good for me alcohol is but one of them. My life is changing mostly for the better.

Checking in to seee how you're doing! This week was good for me. Extra fitnesss minutes for me but only 1 pound gone. My zumba instructor kids me cuz I moved up a row in her class. No more last row for me! Take care.

I know about the unhealthy grabbing of food! It is much easier. With me being diabetic it's even harder. I'm starving and I just wannna eat! Not plan it out, take a shot, ect. I don't use the pre planned meals on here, but I have made at least 10 recipes off here. Even my picky boys have enjoyed them. My main snacks have been ff low calorie yogurt & string cheese. emoticon
