My Goals:
I have made 100 Mini-Goals. Its going to be a good Year! IN 2011 I meet some goals but sadly I did not meet all of them well I will start over 2012. The biggest Goal for 2011 was to stop my knees from hurting and I did so!!!!! My Big Goal for 2012 is to work on my appearance!!!!

My Program:
The Biggest Loser Challenges. Sparkpeople, My College Major which is BS in Health & Wellness. Find new ways to workout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personal Information:
I am from Conway AR and Just moved to Russellville, AR. Last year something has changed in me and I turned over a new leaf I can only hope to keep up the good work and work on becoming a Better Person.

Other Information:
The theme for 2012 is NEW everything I do for the year is centered around trying, eating, seeing, going, meeting, workouts are going to be NEW!!!!

Hi Girl! I saw your status about lacking here on SP and how that you want to lose 20# by the end of October. I just wanted to come and let you know that that sounds like me too! I've been lacking too, but not with the way that you have been because I've been here on SP every day with tracking and reading and making points right and left, but evidentally haven't had my heart all the way into it, because I've put on around 20# and it's been a struggle every day. I'm afraid that if I leave then I'll really gain, but with staying I still gain. It's been so frustrating and I'd love to turn me around and lose 20#!! I'll say by my birthday time of November 25th. That's my goal. And I'm here to tell you that we can do it. If I can get a handle on this sweet tooth, I will do it alot sooner, but I know that I have to discipline myself and allow something sweet once/week. Let's keep in touch, ok? I'll check up on you and you can check up on me. Ok? emoticon emoticon emoticon
