Weight Woes

To eat or not to eat, that is the question. Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of shrinking clothing, or take arms against a sea of calories and by opposing lose them. To exercise, to slack no more per chance to diet.

And because I just can't stop myself...

What a piece of work is a fudge,
how noble in texture,
how infinite in combinations,
in form and moving how sweet and decadent,
in action how like a guilty ...

My Goals:
I want to stop looking like Jabba the Hutt on a pogo stick when I walk.

I want to walk into any adult women's clothing store and find something in my size that fits.

I want to be able to buy a set of matching lingerie (because you know they only sell sets in smaller sizes).

I want to go to a pool without feeling like Shamu in a bathing suit.

I want my husband to be able to pick me up without hurting himself.

I want to walk up my driveway and not be winded.

I want to keep up with my kids.

I want to feel comfortable being ME.

My Program:
For now, I'm tracking what I eat. Wow, what a wake-up call that was the first time I realized I was eating 2500-3000 calories a day. No wonder I wasn't loosing weight.

Now I'm trying to ease my way into exercising every day - whether it is cardio or strength - just as long as it is something.
