Ok this is how I feel. Here I go for the hundredth time! Trying to loose weight and not feeling very healthy or good about myself! But I seen this saying and Love it!
DO is the first part of DONE! I would love to get rid of this weight and be DONE with it for good. So here is to success! No sense waiting for the beginning of the year I am ready to loose weight now and get healthy!!

Keep strong today, weigh in is tomorrow. I got in A LOT of exercise this morning. I need to do this EVERY day, because I feel GREAT!!!! emoticon emoticon

I did great yesterday. I did not splurge and stayed on the low end of my calorie range, same goes for today. I got in a workout this morning which is great. I have been sick for over a week and my workouts have been a little slack this week.
