I really hope it works this time!

I have been running, swimming on and off for a few years now and do cycling, walking etc with my family. I eat quite healthily too, but obviously over eat because I am carry too much weight around. i am fifty this year and wanted to lose weight so I felt fab at fifty not frumpy at fifty. However I have had a rough year and am now eating for England and have just overdone running again and have a planar faciitus injury so it is very painful to run. I would really like to stop carrying all ...

emoticon I love the color of your page. "eating for England"? I guess I am not really sure what you mean by this, but I can tell you that portion control was my biggest obstacle as well. While reading through your blurb I noticed that you have an injury that is keeping you from running. I have found shadow boxing to be very helpful on those days when my legs are too sore, or I just have lost the motivation to go out. You can shadow box sitting or standing and you will get the same effect, it is just all about how much you put into it...another plus is that you can do it anywhere for any amount of time.
