Thanks for commenting on my blog about plateaus. Don't lose heart! Keep at it and you will break that barrier! Have you checked to see if your caloric intake needs to change? I think the thing that made the biggest impact for me was adding strength training. Is that a part of your fitness routine? Modify and monitor until you find what works for your body! Good luck as you continue your journey! Keep in touch!
