When one door closes another door opens :) Welcome to my New Chapter! Getting back to the basics :) I went went through some old blogs and found what I was really all about before I lost myself.. these quotes and blog posts helped me get thru it and will again :)

Since when did i become NOT Worth being and feeling the BEST that I possibly could. Since when did I NOT become IMPORTANT enough to work on me? SInce when did it become ok to pollute and harm my body? Would i be happy? absolutely NOT

I am worth more than just a i feel ok today.
My life is to short and to precious to waste feeling down on myself.

Hoping you are really back! I've been over on MFP and will stay there as well as here, but can honestly say I was making more progress when I was sparking. Literally starting all over, but looking forward to change!

I'm mostly focusing on strength training with heavier weight to continue gaining muscle...working on it!

Absolutely!!! I have a year to get in peak shape! Doing the "run for your lives" zombie obstacle 5k in nov. of 2013!!! I need all the help i can get lol!!

Got any ideas on challenges or ways to keep eachother accountable???
