Eating vegan as much as I can, walk at least 90 minutes a day and usually get in 6-9 miles every day 5 times a week. Working on my strength training and tracking my steps each day. Getting into hiking more since it is so fun. I drink tea, water, coffee, soy. Seldom drink soda, never smoke & very rarely drink, no white products, avoid sugar and pretty much all dairy. Not really looking to lose much more weight for the most part, (going into maintenance) since I am within the range for my height and my clothes are feeling and looking quite good lately. I started at 143 and I am at 127 pounds now which is about right for me. I feel stronger and have more energy and want to gain muscle and greater health.
I joined Spark People, to keep gaining motivation to stay with exercise & a good nutrition lifestyle. Plus my mood is always great after I exercise and I can see and feel the benefits of working out regularly!
Making sure I am tracking, calories out are more than calories in for the day, keeping calm and even, practising meditation, deep stretching and proper breathing. Each month I will have short term goals and set long term goals. Also making sure I have time for my writing, journaling, reading, cooking, learning foreign languages, making sure I am taking care with my emotional health and having fun with my life~

To gain core balance, energy, strength & flexibility! Practising Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Walking, Billy Blanks Boot Camp, Tae-Bo, Aerobics, Fitness Blender, Zumba (yeah, going back to it) & Belly Dancing.
To gain the maximum health benefits possible by staying a life long exerciser!
My current weight is 127. I would like to stay round 125 pounds. Its more important to me to feel good about my appearance and I want to achieve a leaner build and muscle from strength training!
120 min walking a day
strength train 3x week
Yoga 4x's a week
cardio 4x's a week
Write 500 words a day
Exercising for at least 90 minutes-2 hours a day 5 days a week. The other two days practising getting in more movement in a day. Practising Yoga, Pilates, Belly Dancing and Strength Training on those two days. Getting in proper stretching every day for 20 minutes minimum!
Getting the required 7-8 hours of sleep in a sleep session. (I work overnights so it can be a challenge some days.)
Eating properly & mindfully! Getting at least 64oz of water and proper liquids daily!
Tracking progress in my blog and in my daily planner!
Eating mainly vegan, getting enough calcium and all the vitamins I need to function properly!
Reducing sodium levels substantially is my main food goal. Also eating fruits and vegetables with every meal!
Maintaining good habits all year around as not to lose any ground!

I have an SO and he has 2 young ones & we're married now. Don't believe in "religion" but have respect for everyone and their beliefs & thoughts. I do believe there may be a higher power and I follow many ideas of Buddhism.

I like documentaries, action movies, travel and travel programs, sports and dancing. I don't watch much TV but I keep up. I have over 400 DVD's and rarely go to the movies.
I love amusement parks and will go on many rides unless it jerks you round. I can't do it.
I read, write and listen to a lot of different music a great deal of the time. I read Non Fiction, History, Linguistics, Medicine, Literature, Religion, Spirituality and cooking related books.
I have a cat Smokey a Russian Blue and I think he has me trained pretty well.
