Losing 65 lbs... one step at a time

I have been on this final weight loss journey since August 5, 2013. In that time, I have become a runner, a foodie and engaged! With approx 20 lbs left to go, I am confident that I will be a healthy and happy bride right alongside my healthy and happy groom who has been by my side through this entire journey.

Run 4x per week

ST - needs to get added to my program. Currently 1x/week, would like to do at least 3x/a week

Thank you for your pizza and mac and cheese suggestions! I'm really interested in trying both of them. I make my own personal pizza fairly often but it never satisfies the craving quite like the unhealthy cheesy greasy delivery pizza. Right now I'm avoiding delivery all together until I can get my nutrition more in check. I'm very interested in the southwestern style pizza you described. As a fellow vegetarian, I'm always up for finding new veggie recipes.

Thanks for the offer to join your "YARN" team... but I think I am doing pretty well at shrinking my yarn stash. I have given quite a bit to a church group that will use the yarn for worthy causes.. I have used up a lot of odds and ends making lap robes for nursing homes, and a few crib size blankets for another organization. I need to get busy and make myself a couple of sweaters, too!! I keep putting it off in the hopes that I will be able to make myself smaller sweaters... I think I will only get smaller if I make myself a couple of larger sweaters to outgrow myself !!
