Losing 65 lbs... one step at a time

I have been on this final weight loss journey since August 5, 2013. In that time, I have become a runner, a foodie and engaged! With approx 20 lbs left to go, I am confident that I will be a healthy and happy bride right alongside my healthy and happy groom who has been by my side through this entire journey.

175: Manicure 9/25/13
170: New Kindle book 10/23/13
165: Balance Ball 11/20/13
160: Haircut 12/21/13

Thanks for the exercise suggestion! I may have to check it out. I actually have tons of ideas and apps for exercising. I know what I need to do I just can't seem to get out and do it! Aahh! I've never heard of My Asics so I'm interested in see how it works.
