I have been on this final weight loss journey since August 5, 2013. There have been many ups and downs during that time, and I am currently battling some regain post-wedding and house buying. Below are my previous achievements, followed by new goals.

I am a knitter, crocheter, spinner, and sewer.
I've been vegetarian since July 2015
I'm a fan of: Doctor Who, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Sherlock, The Walking Dead, Marvel... the list goes on.
I love tea, languages, and travel. I don't get anywhere near enough of the last two.
I love Funko Pop figurines.
I am getting back into running.

You don't need anyone's affection or approval in order to be good enough. When someone rejects or abandons or judges you, it isn't actually about you. It's about them and their own insecurities, limitations, and needs, and you don't have to internalize that.

Your worth isn't contingent upon other people's acceptance of you. it's something inherent.
YOU EXIST, and therefore, YOU MATTER.

You're allowed to voice your thoughts and feelings.
You're allowed to assert your needs and take up space.
You're allowed to hold onto the truth that who you are is exactly enough.
And you're allowed to remove anyone from your life who makes you feel otherwise.

Spending time sewing sounds cool. You've reminded me about my sewing machine that I have tucked away-I should get it out and try to do some maintenance on it. You do have 5 very good goals though. I should really try to develop mine a bit more.

Hey! Sorry for late response, I'm really bad at checking my profile. I don't really have many goals thought out for August, I guess I want to stay at 11 stone or get under it and be consistent with going boxing, which you may have seen from my status has not started off well! I find that every time I lose a half stone, I seem to plateau for a while, so being under by the end of August would be awesome.

    What about you?

German Goth Electro metal. The only band I can think of that's even close to that is Rammstein. I remember seeing their Sonne video on a music channel when I was maybe 12 and being fascinated with them. I have their Mutter album and do like it, but haven't brought any others-I don't know why, i do really like them. Til Lindemann in particular-the way that man rolls his Rs...I digress.

I went to that boxing club night night and it was worth every penny! I say this because the time really did go fast. I definitely want to go again. I think when I go back to school I'll do what you're thinking of doing and take clothes to change into-good plan by the way! Are you a casual runner or competitive? If you tell me you're into triathlons I will swoon in awe-I hate swimming. I see the point of it, but I still hate it.

Ha you and me both, although I'm more of an embroider than a knitter. I can get wrapped up in crafts for hours.

Have you tried DoYouYoga.com? They have loads of free videos and even free courses that range from three days to a month. I use that quite a lot. I'm sure you could make it into your own metal yoga emoticon

I've found a womens boxing class in the area that I want to try in the next week or so. It's pretty cheap too, only £2,50 an hour. Summer is the best time for me to try new classes and see how I feel about them, then if I get hooked I can tried to fit them in around my school life in September.
