Si se puede!!!

Last year was my first as an adult doing exercise and trying to be fit and healthy; and it felt really good.

My goal was to lose 10 kilograms, going from 74.4 to 64.4 and I managed to be 64.0 by July 2012, but then packed 2-3 kg. back on. My weight as of January 1, 2013 was 66.6 kg.

My goal is to weight between 64 and 65 kg all year round this 2013.

Farrhah! Thanks for your recnet comment on my blog, Habits..... I really appreciated it. Furthermore, I think the rule of thumb is divide your weight by 2 and drink that many onuces of water a day....100 is far less than that number for me, but is doable. My real number has always been unrealistic for me. I'd rather set a goal that IS attainable.

Just cruising through leaving everyone with some motivational thoughts for today:

“It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect its successful outcome.” ~ William James

“Bear in mind, if you are going to amount to anything, that your success does not depend upon the brilliancy and the impetuosity with which you take hold, but upon the ever lasting and sanctified buldoggedness with which you hang on after you have taken hold.” ~ Dr. A. B. Meldrum

“The goal you set must be challenging. At the same time, it should be realistic and attainable, not impossible to reach. It should be challenging enough to make you stretch, but not so far you break.” ~ Rick Hansen
