Creating a healthy me!

I started this journey in September 2011 by dieting alone, and then in January 2012 realized I needed to start exercising as well, as an adult this is my first time trying to be fit and healthy.

My goal was solely to lose weight, 10 kilograms, going from 74.4 to 64.4 and I managed to be 64.0 by July 2012. But at trying to lose the weight I’ve learned that is not what’s really important, what’s really important is to love yourself and your body, to be healthy and fit.

My goal was solely to lose weight, 10 kilograms, going from 74.4 to 64.4 and I managed to be 64.0 by July 2012. But at trying to lose the weight I’ve learned that is not what’s really important, what’s really important is to love yourself and your body, to be healthy and fit.

My weight as of January 1, 2013 was 66.6 kg. My goal was to weight between 64 and 65 kg all year round this 2013, but in April I hit 63 and I felt better, almost all May stayed between 61 and 63, and is more like where I wanna be… so My UPDATED goal is to weight between 60 and 63 kg WHAT IS LEFT OF THIS 2013.

- Exercise 6/7 times a week.

- Eat healthier.

- Drink 6/8 glasses of water daily.

- Sleep 8 hours daily.

Goodness! Eating is my hardest area, but seeing the muscles develop and body get smaller is awesome and helps curb the overeating. You'll do it!
