The Road To Healthy

HI,I'm Terri. I am a 51 y/o female that hails from east central Indiana. I have had numerous health problems the last few months and just added fixed ischemia to the list. I need to loose weight and get my triglycerides down.

I am at the point where I want to be healthy and feel like myself again.

My Goals:
To walk 30 minutes 7 days a week.

To add strength training and aerobic exercise.

Improve flexibilty.

To lose pounds and inches.

My Program:
Currently doing cardio/strength training programs on SP along with the QuickFire Challenge.

Will add walking as weather permits.

Increase water.

Eat more fruits and veggies.

Eat 5-6 small meals per day.

Hope all is well with you and that you are making progress on your weight loss/getting healthier journey. i think of you often. it just seems there is never enough hours in the day to catch up on everything I intend to do.
