Health in Action

My name is Lorrie. I'm a two time breast cancer survivor. on a long time path toward health and fitness with increased efforts in the last five years. My top weight was 366 pounds. I have discovered that in order for me to make progress, my food has to be clean and I have to work out a lot more than the standard 30 minutes per day, every day and with more intensity. It takes real effort to drive up the health factors and drive down the weight but I am worth the investment.

Thanks for the idea. My near term goal for months now has been to lose just 1 pound. I go down, I go up, I go down again. Just doesn't seem to want to stay off. And I am more consistent now than I have ever been. I don't get it. I could get frustrated and give up. But that won't bring me any closer to my goal. So I'll keep with it. Keep changing things up and hopefully things will give soon.
