    I was referring to the jam, jelly and preserves. Some flavors are just better than others. And the preserves are good on so many different things, waffles, pancakes, even ice cream.

    Maintenance is extremely hard.It took at least 6 months to get into the right groove so I could maintain. I started to keep up with fitness and forget about what I ate bit that didn't work. You can easy more but can't get carried away.

    Please don't think that maintaining is easy for me. When all of the people who remember you fat stop noticing and no one pats you on the back. When you deny yourself that piece of cake, cookie, chip, bread etc. for the umpteenth time it gets hard to say no. But I love my grandsons and I want to be around to watch them prosper and grow. And there are so many new places I want to travel to and hike and enjoy. That is what keeps me going. But it is NOT easy!
