Trying to loose the freshman 40

So I got to college, and I gained the freshman 15....and then some. And now I'm trying to loose that weight I gained and return to the weight I was in high school when I was dancing every day.

You should definitely go. I took time off and thought I was going to die 14 minutes into my cardio when I used to do 60 mins. It made it so much harder!!

Go go go! 150 is my hang up number, and I've been 149.2 for 2 weeks now! Its a great feeling. Only 1 more lb to go! (i like rounding numbers when motivating myself, =) hehe)
