Living here on the North Coast of Ca. with my husband of 34 yrs. is a wonderful life. I am more active than I have ever been but It sure hasnt had any effect on my weight! I am an artist and I raise miniature horses . I love playing my guitar , spending time at the Ocean whale watching and am hoping to learn to love LONG walks in the forest as part of this program....

Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don't quit. (Conrad Hilton)

Thank you for the honor of being warrior of the week .

Exercise for Success...

Think of the pursuit of your dream as being like a major athletic event. Train for it. As you prepare and "exercise" you will get stronger--mentally, emotionally, and physically. To successfully achieve your dream, you need to keep improving. the best way to do that is to ...
* Keep your body fit.

* Keep your mind flexible.

* Keep your mind open

* Keep your comfort zone expanding.

Are you ready to exercise for success or remain on the couch daydreaming?
