I track all my intake and physical activities. I walk at least 30mins daily and seriously training for a 5K.

Thank you for the fruit salad. Would you believe that as you sent that I was making one? That is wild! emoticon

I hope to get to Sprouts tonight for more produce. I've used up most in the house between the fruit salad and a spinach salad with strawberries. I won't go 109% for a few days. I had already put feta and cottage cheese in the spinach salad and made enough for 3 days. I'll still have time to do the full 10 days before I leave for Cali.

How are you doing with your steps. I'm going for 5 - 6k a day then will up it. This morning, I guess while getting it back in it's case, I put it in sleep mode so a bunch of steps didn't get counted. Has that ever happened to you?

Thanks for accepting the friend add :) we are friends on fitbit, and every day you inspire me to get up and move just a little bit more. I started out averaging around 2-3 thou steps a day ( that darn sedentary lifestyle, lol) now I am averaging around 8-9. My next goal? to consistently hit the 15-20 thou mark and close the gap between mine and the number 1 on my leaderboard. which is YOU, lol Have a wonderfully happy, healthy day and I look forward to sharing this journey with you. :)
