I'm a 38 year old married mom of two teens. I'm looking forward to losing weight and having more energy to set a great example for my kids! Mini Goals: Under 200: 7/2/11 :D 190 (15lbs lost) : 8/12/11 WooHooo!! 180 (25lbs lost) : 10/8/11 175 (30lbs lost) : 170 (35lbs lost) : 165 (40lbs lost) : 160 (45lbs lost) : 155 (50lbs lost!!) : * 150 (55lbs lost) : Keep Going? Don't know yet!!

-I have begun drinking lots more water -I am thinking about what I eat before I eat it and have stopped pretending that food has no effect on my body -I am exercising more -I am working on having a positive attitude more often
