My Goals:
Increase fitness, flexibility & energy. Gain muscle, lose fat. In 2013 my focus is on releasing fat and increasing exercise. Doing OK so far, averaging 7 hours a week exercise and 60 lbs down as at April.
My Program:
Log in every day & go for the bonus spin. Plan my menus. Track my food. Zumba Water exercise FitBit: aim for 5,000 steps a day. Over time build to 10,000. Using the Cura Romana to reset my weight and eating patterns for 2013.
Personal Information:
I'm a Kiwi chick, living with my DH in Wellington. We have cats & chickens. I work part time and I love to garden.
Other Information:
I access Sparkpeople on my old iPad. It's a bit clunky. To do more than the basics, I need to get to another computer, so I don't always reply to messages straight away.
