May 13, 2011 I started working out!

I'm a work in progress, I can not change my diet so I workout more and now as of 7/21/2011 my pants fit better. I'm still working to get at least three more inches off my hips and get back my flat stomach.

Sweet, sweet joy at my chance to feel accomplished by setting a goal and feeling worthy enough to know I am deserving. I am valid - I have a common desire to be valuable in this TODAY, my life NOW. I would like to matter and let you know you matter too.

My Goals:
I would like to make some Spark friends and help those individuals to stay motivated. I hope I receive the same in return.

1. Be able to see muscle tone without flexing.

2. Is to wear a size 4 and still be able to eat comfort food on occasion.

3. I would like to lose the muffin top that boldly appears when I put on pants. I want my flat stomach back.

4. To run a 5K!

5.Striving to get the high end of my protein every day and keep the carbs on the low end of my range.

6. Treat - 63% Polyester, 35% Viscose, 2% Elastane dress I must have

*My plan is to exercise and stretch at-least once a day 3 times a week for 10 minutes or more.
