I'TS TIME!

I am a yo-yo dieter, for years I would lose around 20 - 30 pounds then after a while I would lose the initial interest and all of the weight would return and then some!

People would tell me that because I'm tall I didn't really seem to be that overweight and I would believe them, so then the pattern would continue. Until I would get heavier and I would have to take notice.

Now I am at the point where I know that I want to get healthier, leaner and happier ...

My Goals:
I want to feel healthy again and have more energy! I am a yo-yo dieter. I would lose some weight quickly then go back to the old habits and mindset and regain it all back.
I want to learn healthier habits and get back in shape!

My Program:
Working on the healthy eating, better choices and being more mindful of what I have. To plan more healthy snacks, exercising on the recumbent bike daily, and walking more!
