Time to take care of me....
Well, we are half way through 2013. Making a goal to get to goal weight of 140 by December 31st. That is 7 1/2 months to lose approx 40 pounds. As of today I weight 180.4. I can do this. I just need to focus on new habits that will help be get healthier, feel better, and slim down. One day at a time, one minute at a time, one bite at a time. Food is fuel not entertainment.

Personal Information:
I am a creative artsy fartsy kind of person, so to have to be deliberate in my weight lost journey is hard for me.. I'm like a leaf in the wind, flitting here and there.. but now need to settle down and be come the "rock" take the time to plan.. and put the work in.. this is what I am figuring out about myself!
Other Information:
I enjoy learning new ways to be creative. Painting, lamp working, knitting, gardening.
